Our activation date was yesterday (5th) and at present still no internet. Our current provider no longer works and therefore when checking broadband says we do not have any?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@alxas & @Hirdy2024 Sky do not perform the remote activations themselves but they should have received an update from Openreach overnight as to why your job was not completed yesterday so give them a ring.

When doing line check it states not connected.
