Our broadband is very slow. It's sitting about 9mb. It should be at least 90mb

@jhbgjvvjhv you are not talking to Sky by posting in thecforum. When you run a speedtest on a device the result is from the slowest part of the transfer which is often the WiFi connection between the hub and your device. The speed guarantee Sky gives is the speed to the hub which you can check by logging into the service checker in the My Sky app and clicking on the broadband link. 

WiFi speeds are outside Skys control as they depend on the distance to the hub and what lies between them - wifi signals lose strength when passing through solid objects.- every home is different.
