Not connecting to wifi

my son's iPhone 12 is saying it's connected on settings, but every time he tries to use it it's saying 'no network' and that it's not connected to the internet.

@Becky1708 thst should only happen if you have used the parental controls Sky provide in the WiFi Max package to turn off access. Assuming younhaven't go into the settings on the phone find the Sky WiFi entry and click to expand it scroll down to check the phone is set to configurectge IP,addres automatically and has an IP4 address innthecrangec192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254 and the router is showing as 192.168.0.1
