All i want to do is book an engineer, Sky Customer line is useless and i am sick of calling them

I just want an engineer to come out to our house and test our broadband, it is shocking and i am sick of going round in circles on the phone 

There must be a way of doing this online - someone please help me

Hi there, you can book an engineer online once you have completed the service checker and other troubleshooting associated with internet issues.

If there are ay faults identified which need an engineer at the end of the help guides, the nline guide will lt you book an engineer

That's correct  if after your service checker as shown up results or its asks for book a engineer visit if it shows up a fault many thanks
