Online gaming suddenly stopped working for my son on Xbox now also sky go cannot get onto programmes , have been through all the troubleshooting with both sky and Microsoft and am getting no answers , do I need to upgrade to a better broadband to eliminate the problem , my son can get online when we move the Xbox downstairs and with a wired connneftion to router but we can't do that upstairs as it's doesn't reach

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pinkstar68 Do you have black-spots where the Wi-Fi is weak in the property and take it that when your sons Xbox is upstairs it connects via the Wi-Fi and is not a wired connection like downstairs.

It's always worked fine until now , I've tried calling sky and I'm going round in circles no one seems to be able to help , three days I've been on the phone to both sky and Microsoft they just go through trouble shooting which I've tried it all , I don't know why the issues have suddenly started or what I need to do

In order to access online features for this title you must be signed into the network , that's the error message on fc24 , are there any technical advisors who can call me , no point in me calling anymore spend hours on the phone and they just go through a trouble shooting guide

Ok no probs , do you think I need a different hub ? Or increase my broadband package , would this help ?
