Alexa not reachable

Hi why is my Alexa not working it just says not reachable

@Tabs-  Is your broadband working as intended? Have you tried to re-start the  Alexa?

I have the same problem and others have reoprted it as well: (1) Alexa echo issues since moving to sky broadband | Sky Community
