Agne

Just got a new contract December 2023 for price 37.50£ now i look into my account and saw from April my bill will something more 43£ i really dont understand how that things going. How can you change prices whenever you like without informing... when i get new contract in december lady on phone told me i will pay 37.50£ for 18months and now after couple of months i see bill more high than should be. I am very disappointed with sky i been customer from 2015 never get no deals no discounts nothing and bills just going up and up... i am thinking about to leave...

@Rinicea Sky's broadband contracts contain a term about price increases and Sky have announced an increase from April. They will be contacting customers at least 30 days before the increase is applied which will vary according to your billing date.

Not 100% certain of the position in Ireland but in the UK customers can switch without penalty if they can find a cheaper provider. The email or letter will explain that if it applies.

Re: Agne

so why nobody informed me before i sign my contract on december that in april my bill will be much higher. I called to get less bill and thats how i get only for 3 months and then again higher... before was nothing like that like i say i am customer with sky 10 years and never get no good deals or good discounts from sky... new customers they pay much less than for example me... why i am different from new customer?  You should care more about existing customer people who are with sky 10 years or even more...

@Rinicea  You should know that most telecoms companies increase their prices in April. There is normally an option to move without penalty. But this is something you would have to check with Sky.
