Activation not active

Activation day today, had the text says everything is up and running, router plugged in and all lights green. Can't connect. Sometimes it looks like it connect but then drops off immediately.

@RoryLindsay Are any off the router lights changing when you see the drop off, and what type of broadband do you have, ie new max, fttp or fttc if you know?

It can also take up to midnight before sky has it sorted there end. So text is not allways correct.

Plus router can also be running FW update.
