Advanced Broadband Options missing on MySky App

[GRS2025]

Hi, I've just switched to Sky Fullfibre broadband and I need to enable port forwarding. The help pages say that this is an option in the MySky App in the broadband tab. I can't find this option under the Broadband tab on the app. Can anyone advise on how to access this setting?

Unfortunately the additional features in the My Sky app can be slow to populate.

It's been a few weeks now and the advance options are still not displayed in the My Sky App. I've followed the instructions on resetting the hub (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-max-hub-app) but the advance controls have still not appeared. Does anyone know of a better way of enabling advanced options in the My Sky App?

@GRS2025 You may just have an account issue, so it's a call to sky and have someone in Customer Service take a look and see what is going on with it!
