Activation date

My outreach connection has been brought forward,can my activation date  be changed to the earlier date.

@SJ5949 There may be a two stage install where the first part can be completed earlier due to the OR work schedule, the activation and completion may be a second and final date, or availability to complete at that time with the engineer available. All you could do is try to find out from sky, the forum is a cust helps customer and has no access so it is a call for you to sky.
