WiFi not working

I just phoned snd your automated message agreed I have s problem with my home set up but service checker says everything is fine.  It's not since plugging it in 2 days ago it's worse than before and I am paying for a better service.  I think I want to cancel and go back if was better before. I have screenshots of not being able to access when if say no internet but the scale is showing everything is fine!

@Dearden9

The service checker looks for issues in your area so might not pick up something on your line only..

So try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

You will need to call again and when you do stay silent when asked anything by the bot and remain on the line as that should get you through to talk to someone.
