Technician's visit

I need to reschedule the technician's visit because the first time it was not possible to complete the installation, but however I am not able to contact anyone to reschedule the visit, I have tried by phone call, by messages and by WhatsApp but all options throw me to a robot that cannot solve my problem,

I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company and honestly thinking of leaving for another one.

You don't say when the visit is so to call when the bot asks you anything say nothing and remain on the line as this should get you through to talk to someone.
