Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Family+room have you checked the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line? If they are not aware nothing will happen until you report the fault by calling them.
If there is an area fault Sky can only guess how long it will take to fix as with many engineering issues it will take as long as it takes. Faults on individual lines usally arecfixed within 2 full working days after report so if reported today that is by Tuesday night.

Did you get yours fixed?
we have had no Internet now for over 2 days since we switched to the new router super fibre thing Just keep getting told that an update will be happening in the next 92 hrs!!!! Looks like no internet over Xmas then which also means no tv for the multi rooms as the box won't connect without the internet.
