Activation date not agreed on the phone

How do I change the activation date to what was agreed on the phone, it says when I log in that it will be 02/12 but I was told it will be 29/11

@DionneE  2/12 will be the earliest dat available from Openreach, you won't be able to bring it forward.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The date might well have been revised (and could potentially change again) based on Openreach availability in your area.
