@Gemma155 if you have the white Sky hub try changingbthe Wi`fibsecurity level from `WPA3-T to WPA2 as some TVs cannot cope with the new security level. Using My Sky find the Sky Mac Hub settings and tge WIFi security setting is in theAdvanced Setting.
