Abroad & Sky engineer

Hi,

I am abroad atm, not in EU so call costs are astronimical.

Sky engineer is coming tomorrow and I need to re-arrange, is there any way of contacting SKY without calling? or to call on an internet line (whatsapp/viber/skype...etc).

many thanks,

You are very likely going to be charged £25 for a late cancellation.

Re: Abroad & Sky engineer

thanks daniel, I have replied 3x on the txt to cancel.

I believe they are calling me and have missed a call, I think its the only way they can re-schedule the engineer.

a real person on chat would be useful and would resolve this situation quickly.

@Superkid09

I believe the Messaging Team may be able to assist you with this so I’ve escalated your post to Sky and they may get in touch with you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

This link explains the Community Messaging process.

@Superkid09  You should have got an email about this and you should also be able to see a chat bubble on any page you go to on the community forum.

@Superkid09

Do you not see the blue/red chat invite blob in the corner of your forum page?
