AGE RESTRICTIONS
HI SINCE CHANGING TO SKY BROADBAND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ADULT CHANNELS. AS I AM OVER 70 YEARS I THINK I SHOULD HAVE THE CHOICE TO WHAT I WANT TO WATCH, I DO NOT KNOE HOW TO REMOVE AGE RESTRICTION.PLEASE HELP.

@jockE ofcom require isps like Sky to apply sge restrictions by default to all new broadband accounts. However the account holder can easily change the setting. Either open the My Sky app or sign into the My Sky website go to product options and the Sky Broadband Shield and choose 18 or turn thecshield off if you understand tge risks.
