TV quality and broadband dropping out
The broadband signal seems to be very intermittent most of the time it isn't strong enough or very slow. Also the TV has periods of time when it's very pixelated you can't see moving objects or dark backgrounds. The last time this happened yesterday I turned the Internet box off and started it again and that seemed to work But I can't keep doing that. Please help

Re: TV quality and broadband dropping out
@1Lisa there are at least 2 possible causes and given the solutions arecdifferent you need to check which is causing your issue.
The girst isxa line issue affecting speedscto your Sky hub. Skybrun a daily sped test which you can see in the service checker in the My Sky app or website. If thst is lower than it should be Sky should be offering help.
If speedsctomthe hub are OK the issue is the very common one of poor wifi signal strength in your home. If you cant sort it by moving the hub so it is out in the open then you are going to have to splash out on more wifi kit perhaps by paying for Sky's WiFi Max paxkage see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
