4 no show openreach appointments

Our fibre broadband has been down since 20th Jan. We have now had 4 bookings for an openreach engineer without any of them resulting in an visit to our home.

 

I have spent many hours calling various different departments trying to have this escalated but I am at a loss what to do now.

 

Can anyone pleae help with any guidance on what i can do now?

@DVie 

If Openreach have been tasked then usually the fault will be external so they should go to wherever it is to carry out the repairs so when you next speak to Sky about this it might be worth asking about where this fault is and what is happening with regards to a fix.
