Intermittent wifi
Frequently I have to take my laptop from the lounge into the kitchen where the router is located, as the internet drops out or Zoom calls freeze. When I take my laptop to where the router is, everything comes back on fine. As I have the best Sky package for broadband, I am very disappointed.
The lounge is only around 5 metres from the router.

I have had sky broadband for years and all this week the connectivity has been poor, but sky are saying its fine snd its not. I have tried all the troubleshooting but clearly there is an issue. My teams calls keep dropping. Considering moving to another provider

One option may be to do as I have done and move the Sky Hub using Cat5e (or higher) Ethernet cable from your kitchen to lounge

Same here, 3 days my internet has been dropping in and out. I work from home so this has been frustrating. I am writing this from my mobile data as the internet does not stay on long enough for me to do anything. I have tried all the recommended suggestions to get back online, to no avail and don't get me started in trying to speak to a human being!!!!!!! the AI that i have been fobbed off with took me round in circles.....it's diabolical. Still, Sky has taken their payment this month. Perhaps if I said I was cancelling as if by magic a human will appear.
