3 weeks dodgy internet
For 3 weeks now my internet has been cutting in and out more than 5 times an hour this is a joke you said there was a problem outside and an engineer was fixing it then it's fixed but it's not fixed I'm not paying for a service I'm not getting I want to talk to an agent and I want to cancel my sky TV and broadband as I'm sick of this

@staceyh1985 If would like help with your broadband can you please follow the directions below,
Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If you are looking to call Sky because you are unhappy with the service you can do this by dialing 150 on your landline and listening through the voice prompts just ignore it when it tries to send you a text and stay on the line to speak to an advisor.

They have already sent an engineer it's not fixed the problem
