24+ Year Customer – Misled & Recontracted Without Consent, Need Help

24+ year customer. Currently paying £38 for Sky Superfast 80.

Had Sky WiFi Max with 3 pods. Made range worse. Cancelled Max (agreed to return pods only). Didn't know this recontracted our Broadband & Talk until 2028. Original end date was August 2027.

I'm autistic, dyslexic, disabled. Dad is 84 and account holder – I manage his affairs.

Case logged 21/04/2026 for call listening – told advisor we did NOT want to recontract until August 2027 at earliest. They offered Full Fibre 150 for £38 (same as now). I said £38 is £10+ too high even with price rise.

While waiting for call listening, got email 01/05/2026 saying we were upgraded to Full Fibre 75 at same price. Nobody agreed to this. Had that cancelled.

Today (02/05/2026) – advisor told me we are now on a rolling contract and free to leave. She offered Full Fibre 150 on rolling – I held off due to disabled mum (drilling/install concerns).

No email. No document. No confirmation of any rolling contract. Either lied to or misled.

Another complaint filed – no reference given. Agent sounded unwell and didn't seem to care.

I'm exhausted. Call listening promised "24 hours or more" – it's been longer.

What I want:

  • Full Fibre 150 at £31 rolling (price previously quoted – still above market but acceptable)

  • Compensation for stress and time

  • A written resolution – I can't trust phone agents anymore

How do new customers get £200 buyout offers and best deals while 24+ year customers get ripped off?

Please help. I need to speak to someone who can actually fix this.

I guess it will take a while, I filled out the security stuff. When I got home last night I thought I was dreaming about a pop up on the forum page lol. This has consumed my mind a lot
