just had sky fiber installed not even a month went of last week now friday just gone no light on router checked power supply in other socket same no power i asked this on friday the woman said sky routers dont break down !!the routers are useless so i will be going else where what a pile of junk ...

@scouselfc ifvthere is no light and the hub and it isnt a fault with the mains power it has failed. Of course Sky hubs can breakdown but it is relatively rare. As you need the unit swapped out I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
