@SPLASH01 this typically affects IOT equipment which often have very basic WiFi chips. If it is working normally a Sky hub produces a dualband WiFi SSID which these cheap chips can have issues connecting to. In those circumstances if you have a white Sky hub go into the hub's advanced settings and temporarily turn off the 5GHz band. Then connect the problem devices and turn the 5GHz band back on and they shouldcremain connected. On the older black hubs you can spit the two bands see Split Sky WiFi bands
in rare cases hubscan lose one band so if thosexsteps dont work guve Sky a call.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: 2.4Ghz WiFi
Thanks. That sounds great. I'm not massively tech savvy. How do I get into the advanced settings/ hub?

Re: 2.4Ghz WiFi
@SPLASH01 open the My Sky app click on Broadband, then click on WiFi settings and the Advanced settings link is on the next page. You need the disable WiFi link afterca couple of warnings there are radio buttons to dissble the two bands.
