Slow broadband speed

I'm still having issues with my download speed. On My Sky the download speed is less than your guaranteed speed. My hub is connected to my TV via an Ethernet cable and the picture freezes for a second, on all channels. I've had issues with the speed for a very long time and nobody seems to want to help me resolve it!

@Wagway you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.but forum members can probably help but we need more information.

Runthe network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app as thst gives an undication of thecspeed the TV is getting. Also go into the My Sky app open the Service checker and find the result of the last speed test click on the link to open a screen with the history for the last 3 weeks if those results are lower than the guaranteed speed for your line then you should be offered help is thst happening?

@Wagway

26Mbs is slow even for FTTC, which suggests a fault in the external copper phone circuit.  You'll need to log this with Sky for Openreach attention, but it's possible that they'll only offer contract exit rather than resolution as the legacy network is being run down in favour of optical connection.
