2.4GHZ

Im trying to connect a device to my WiFi that requires 2.4GHz. How do I do this

Hi @ScottWright 

Typically devices should still connect as your router broadcasts both a 2.4ghz & 5ghz WiFi signal. If your unable to connect it you may need to temporarily split the bands. If you let us know which Sky hub you have then instructions can be provided.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have

Hi, thank you for the prompt reply. We have a sky broadband hub (the black rectangular one)

Once you've done that you should be able to connect the device.
