2.4 devices don’t work

I have never had any issues with my teckin WiFi plugs, Smart Life WiFi plug sockets, Swann cameras and Ring doorbell until installing the sky max hub (white box).  I had a sky engineer here yesterday for 2 hours and he left scratching his head unable to resolve the connection issues.  Has anyone else been able to resolve this issue?

Hi @Debrossi   Have you tried temporary disabling the 5 GHz band and then trying to connect your 2.4 GHz devices? Once connected, you can enable the 5 GHx band again.

@Debrossi

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
