why was i charged this month

I changed my broadband last month to BT. I was charged this month by sky. I want to know why & I would like a refund

@Catylou02  You'll need to call Sky and discuss this with them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Catylou02  You have to give 14 days notice to cancel sky broadband and billing continues as normal during this period, so any bill generated within this period needs to be paid as normal 

 

and overpayment for the days beyond your actual termination date will be refunded within six weeks of your termination date
