sports increase
since march complete sports gone from £13, to june wanting £24. over 12 months country on its knees & all sky can think about is getting more money out of you. been put on three day week because of pandemic.(vip diamond loyalty gets more rewards) what a joke

@vert Sounds like April 1st price increase as well as a discount you had on sports has now expired time to phone sky a negotiate a new discount

If that doesn't make the price acceptable to you, it might be best to cancel Sky Sport then, regrettably.

Tell them you are cancelling sky sports, if they make an offer which you are unhappy with, follow through with cancelling
The soccer season is nearly over so they would prefer to retain you for the off season

@vert would appear that you got a good discount on sport last year at Approx 50% off.
Like you I am a fellow customer trying to help so please provide as much info as possible

All customer have access to the VIP program so I'm afraid that doesn't come into it with regards to whatever price you have been offered.

To add to what @caesarome said, VIP was introduced to give you additional rewards, not reductions to your bill specifically.
As @nolte mentioned, if you say you are cancelling you might be offered a retention deal.
