I hope this isn't a silly question. Just joined SKY and told my TV will be set up on Monday morning. Do I take it they mean someone is coming to the house or is it done remotely?

If it is Sky Q that is being installed an Engineer will fit a dish and cables and install your Q box.

If it is Sky Q that is being installed an Engineer will fit a dish and cables and install your Q box.

Thank you yes. I don't have a dish and It says in the contract any equipment sky supply belongs to me and another para says any loaned equipment belongs to them. He will automatically bring a dish then?

Hi @shoemanpete
Sky Q install always includes dish and cabling if not already existing.
Dish and cabling becomes your property and as you say all Q TV boxes are only rented and belong to Sky. These must be returned to Sky if and when your subscription is cancelled.
