I have had my skyQ for less than a year and I am sick of the issues, the main box locks up and won't turn on, it disconnects from the other boxes frequently and the download speed is hit and miss.
I have BT broadband and have it checked out fully and every time I have an issue I check my speeds, I am getting a minimum of 125mb at each box location.
Speaking to someone at Sky seems impossible can someone please help!!!

I'm still having the same issues at least once or twice a month my equipment needs to be hard reset and then I have to set up the multi room boxes back on the internet.
they display they have no internet connection yet I have 130mb in the same area?
sky please sort this or I will cancel my agreement as you are unable to deliver the services you are charging me an arm and a leg for!
