returning equipment

has anyone else sent there sky equipment back and been billed saying that it hasnt been sent...i was in hospital with cobid and nearly lost my life and all through were messages and calls from sky...not good.When i got home i sent it straight back in there packaging and have had messages and extra charges since not sure how much more i can take...thanks peeps

@debdeb3  Yes, there have been a few posts regarding this issue.  Do you still have proof of postage?  In any case your post may be picked up for escalation so another post will be dropped here to advise, hopefully this will get sorted for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

so lookout for a blue bubble across the bottom of the screen when logged on to this forum
