Closed account in credit and still no refund

Over 40 days since I closed my account in credit. I've been promised a number of times that the funds will be in my bank account within 3-5 days, however, i'm still not seeing anything and the customer service agents just keep putting me on hold looking for an answer.  Was on the phone for over one hour on Monday then they hung up on me... very frustrating...

@Stevie+Brown Refunds take 6 weeks so you're still within that time.

 

Your post may get picked up for escalation, if so another poster will advise.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I've escalated this for you someone will be in touch to sort this out.
