@Lil1990  You're not talking to Sky, we are all customers here.  If you're in minimum term then Sky may not even let you leave until that term is completed, if they do there may be termination fee.

 

In any case you would need to contact Sky to cancel https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you're within your cooling off period, you can leave 'no questions asked'. Just see your contract  for how to cancel. 

 

If your cooling-off period has passed, and you're in a minimum term contract, there may be cancellation fees to pay, unless you've complained about the service shortfalls and given Sly reasonable opportunity to put things right.
