Hi my second sky + box is not recording and the planner with saved programs is not working??
on screen message is Sky + playback and recording are unavailable but I pay for second box

Are both coax cables firmly secured to the back of the box, and at the other end on the LNB?

If that doesn't fix it, try a Planner Rebuild: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-plus/sky-plus-watching-sky-tv/sky-plus-recordings/diagno...
If you get a diskless mode error when you try the Planner Rebuild, it's likely that the hard disk has failed, and the box will need to be replaced.

My second sky box has stopped recording and I cannot play shows already recorded. Live pause and rewind are also unavailable

It seems I might have a hard disk fail and may require a new sky box. How can I get one of these
