@alistair.mck  I was told by the Sky advisor that the reset settings option will remove any previous used passwords and usernames from the apps.  

I had the problem because l had to change my apple password, but the app seemed to know that something had changed on my account but wouldn't let me in to update. 

l think until the app is updated trying to log in with different accounts is going to be a problem and resetting settings will be needed.

I've tried the reset thing 001 but it doesn't do a thing on my boxes 🤷‍♀️ It just stays the same Still can't get Apple TV 🤬

The app worked initially for me. Now all

i get us the apple logo screen on screen. Like others I can still login on apple devices.

I tried the steps suggested too. Reset the apps. And control. Had to reinstall and refresh the apps. It initially asked me for apple login. Now all I get AGAIN is the apple logo

I've been having same problem for some time now absolutely raging as in the middle of a series. Sky please get this sorted asap!

Where are the updates on this issue Sky?! I like many have signed up to this service on the understanding that I can access the content via my Sky Q box. I have no other products (Apple or otherwise) to utilise this service on. I appreciate that the subscription is not made via Sky but still believe that Sky have a responsibly to get this issue sorted given that it is marketing access to this service as a feature of Sky Q. The lack of progress update on getting this issue resolved is simply unacceptable. In my opinion simply advising your customers to completely reset their Sky Q box each time this recurring issue crops up is also in no way a satisfactory resolution.

They're probably blaming Apple, waiting for them to provide an updated version of the app. 

Don't hold your breath. For either the app to function or for Sky to provide an update.

 NO solution yet then @Lisa-P1987 

It's been about a month now. 

Software updates done. Apps deleted and reinstalled. 

Apps reset.

Still only getting the apple logo

Whilst rebuilding the app can you please add the option to login with email address and password, would be so much easier epically for us that don't have an iOS device linked to the AppleTV account

I followed the advice and it wiped my sky box and I have no signal now. Great advice
