@Helen+Horse  What Sky platform are you using

if glass it probably won't add content to the playlist as their no internet connection but you should be able to access it via the on demand services once you are back up

sky + and q doesn't need internet to access recordings

hi @Helen+Horse

it depends - I think the SKY TV Guide that is used to set recordings won't get updated so future recordings may be a problem.

If you have a satellite signal then existing recordings and those currently scheduled should be oK

Before you move, take note of the programs you have set to record. That way when you do have Internet access you can download anything that didn't record.

One thing you can try is set your phone as a hotspot and connect the main box to your phone. Just don't download anything if you don't have enough data or it's too slow.

If you have Sky+ or Sky Q, you won't miss any recordings if your Sky box is connected promptly to the dish at your new home. You won't lose any existing recordings in any event.
