My wifi has been down in the area for 11 days, is there a way to dispute my bill as I, of course, haven't been able to use the wifi for 11 days.
I also work from home so I've been prevented from doing so

@Charlotte150699 You need to pay your bill as normal. Has the fault been reported to Sky? If so you would be able to get the auto compensation due to loss of service added as a credit to your account once the issue is fixed https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/automat...

Re: Wifi has been down .. do I pay?
@Charlotte150699 I'm afraid working from home will have no effect on the compensation aspect.
