Why have they started splitting the bill?
Has anyone noticed since having sky stream they started splitting the bill if you've got broadband with them my streaming bill goes out one day and broadband the next day ?

@lee9160 That's normal, sky glass/stream uses a different billing system to sky Q/broadband
if you want both payments to come out on same day just change the due date on the one account
you may not be able to change the stream date until it's gone through two full billing cycles

But the question is why when they don't do if you have sky q and broadband ?

@lee9160 only sky will know the reason why but they won't disclose it on a public forum

That's a question you would need to ask Sky. Perhaps because the Sky Q billing process doesn't have to handle purchase finance as well as subscription costs.

I don't think you have the option to pay for a movie over 24/36 etc months.....
