I am a brand new Sky customer as of today with the signature package but I don't seem to have access to watch on-demand like Sky Witness series - I thought that was part of my package? How do I get access please?

@SurfingSarah are you trying to watch hd content on demand when you don't have the hd subscription

on demand content is only available in SD as standard

If you do have the right subscription then sometimes calling Sky to get them to send the permissions to your can't can get this working so might be worth a try.
