Confused with Account Suspension

So firstly my apologies as this may be a tad long 😅...

BUT... I could really do with some help.. on a couple of things.. 

 

A) My account was suspended and the bill kept going up and up.. reached £600+ and then i started receiving emails from a debt collector... I have recently spoken with Sky and they have reinstated my account, taking most of the debt off.. I just paid £130.. when I log on to MySky.. its still saying I'm suspended... but it's not, I have just been watching Sky Movies. This morning I have received another email from the debt collectors.? Bill is also still showing the £600 odd 🤔 I suffer from cognitive issues and really don't understand. It took me long enough to make the call to Sky in the first place, so really hoping that someone here can answer, saving me from another terrifying phone call. Cheers for reading 🍻.
