Think I need ultrafast fibre to get that router. Not available in my area.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds like your line is stepping down to a 3dB noise margin which allows higher speeds when line conditions are correct but its changing its mind pretty quickly due to conditions, not sure what.
If you are above your minimum speed then its something you'll likely have to live with.
Regarding the SR203, you can get this hub but you have to subscribe to broadband boost. Its only available for free for ultrafast & voip customers.

Looking at your router stats and you are getting 7Mbps upstream and only 19Mbps downstream you likely have an attenuation issue on the line, eg: a fault. I'd run the Sky app and see if it picks it up and allows you to book an engineer, otherwise, see whether Sky will allow you to book an engineer to investigate the issue.
