Defiantly a Virgin issue, connected the Glass to my mobile broadband and it worked fine, I use O2. Back to VM no internet connection. I use my hub in modem mode and have a seperate WIFi mesh. May try a different DNS setting to see if that works

I am a virgin customer and I'm having the exact same problem! Has anyone figured out a way to fix this?

I'm also on Virgin Media and having the same issue. After calling this morning I should be getting an update from Sky later today.

@Scotty761 But it 'could' be Sky now only working on sky/o2 connections ?
ive got EE , I'll give the hotspot a go and see

True, I forgot Sky use O2 for their mobile service. Changing the DNS to Google had no affect so still busted

Pucks won't let me in to change the network setting .....grrr. It thinks the connection is ok as it can see my router, but reports internet is down. So stubbornly refuses to let me change it

Mine has just come back on.
I did a factory reset on the TV, all seems fine now.

Had to disconnect Ethernet to get to Negwork settings, successfully connected to my EE phone hotspot and everything worked.
so it's just Virgin I think

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Andygroove Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot?
Then restart your Puck?

Done that, router and AP several times.
The only thing not working in the entire house are the 4 Sky pucks. (and trust me I have a LOT of devices connected in this Smart Home 😉 )

Factory reset did not fix the issue for me. Sky are working on it so should get a solution soon.

Just spoke to someone at Sky and they confirmed it is indeed a Virgin Media issue. They are looking into it and trying to sort it.

Same here on my Glass & Puck, and yes I'm on Virgin Media. But strange that Sky they are connected -
