Sky Staff, looking at this thread this has been going on 18 months on & off and it needs sorting permanently!
Virgin do not choose which devices can & can't connect to their routers. And as a Virgin broadband customer we can view exactly what we have connected to our routers on the Connect app, and it shows clearly that the Internet is connect to the Puck via Ethernet & the broadband is running at full speed to the device as shown in the picture. The issue is your pucks not recognising a virgin broadband connection correctly & needs sorting asap!! Or you need to make it clear before selling Sky Stream to someone, that your pucks are not compatible with certain broadband providers.
I'm paying for a service I now can't get, same as are many others & it needs sorting immediately as this happening intermittently for 18 months is long enough to find a fix!

Please can you contact them again then as it's happening again, which is ridiculous after 18 months since the first reported problem?
Many thanks,
Holly

Yip called sky and they just said it's a known issue and will be fixed before the end of the day 🙃

Yep, unfortunately. You'd think after 18 months of this "known problem" keep happening, Sky would have found a fix.

Same problem. Connected to router, no internet. Rest of devices on broadband working fine. Just sky having problem.

Unfortunately there's an issue with Virgin & Sky which is currently being investigated.
Thanks,
