Yes I've done all the reboots and resets, no luck, I even did them again whilst on phone to sky technician, I also re-synced the connection between box and router. It connects to the router but doesn't connect to Internet which the technician said is a VM issue with Sky, as all my other devices are connected fine

No TV here. Connection is still showing as connected to router but no Internet.
Even logged in to my virgin media to look at all connected devices and its not showing.
I had wondered if it was Virgin who had blocked Sky Glass IP addresses, untill I saw this thread.

Mine came back last night and was fine. Just put it on and when I select a channel or something to play it's fine but if I press back or home then I get the colour bar across the centre of the screen and can hear the programme playing. Help please !!

Mine came back on this morning, still a tad slow loading Netflix up through Sky but all other Internet features are working perfectly

Sky Glass arrived this morning. Would not do software update until I unplugged it and tried again. Worked for a few mins then no internet connection. Rang Sky. Only took 23 mins to answer then the guy was a complete waste of space blamed everything on Virgin even though the same port on the router worked perfectly with my laptop. Wound me up si much I got through to the cancellation dept and cancelled the lot. They collect it in 4 days and good riddance. NIT the way to treat paying customers.

Hi,
Last week Sky Glass had issues streaming on Virgin. It was supposedly fixed but It seems to be having issues again. My WiFi is working fine on all other devices but my Sky Glass won't connect to the Internet.
Can someone please provide an update on this issue
