Unable to sign into Disney + on Sky Q

Hello,

When i click on the disney + app it tells me to 'Log in with your email'

but I am unable to enter anything, If I move down to the 'continuie' button it says, I must enter an email address,

Ive tried using the speaker button but that does not work either, 

Anyone have any ideas?

@snooze2022 from memory when on the app when you press log in it should come up with the option to enter your e-mail address if you then press the select/center button it then brings up a keyboard to allow you to enter your e-mail address
