Two Sky Accounts one email address

Had Sky, cancelled as moving home, and were not sure where we would end up.

 

Moved, rejoined Sky, installed and working, but now my email address and sky ID only show old account details and none of new one. 

 

Any ideas on how to resvolve?

 

Would like to check details online

@samgbr If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it on the old account first

To do this use this link

If the above link does not work try doing it yourself via this link

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

You should be able to do what @SKY1992bf has posted @samgbr namely to login to your old account via this link and then remove the email address from it, you might need to put something else in it's place:

 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

 

Once you have done this logout and then you should be able to login to access your new account.
