I just got this text from sky 'The payment for your latest bill has failed. To prevent any fees or suspended services please confirm your details at: www.skymobile-services.com ' but the money has come out of my bank on the 13th and say my 10th of October payment has been received, what do I do?

@matbar1 Yeah, ignore it, it's a scam even the address they use is incorrect. Sky only ever use a sky.com address.

Yeah I decided to go through the actual website and thought that, but it came from the same text message that tells me my data is running out so it could get some other people, I'm not sure how they got it to send from that adress but they have

@Tina+Dalton You should be able to do that yourself via this link https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/change-your-payment-method-or-date/what-do-you-need-help-with .
Be aware though if your bill is due with in the next 14 days any change of date won't take effect until next months bill.
