Tryd turning off at the wall for 10 mins but either still black screen or goes wrong again eventually. Frustrating

How is the TV connected to your router? Have you tried ethenet?

Yes it's lan cabled. doesn't say not connected to the Internet like it sometimes does even though other devices are connected to it that's another issue I get sometimes.

I've got exactly the same problem, I've just tried restarting the tv and router again for the 3rd time tonight.

I have the same technical fault which has started today after overnight software update. Glass tv has gone blank and then indicated a technical fault every 10 minutes. I've switched off at mains 6 times today. Broadband and Wi-fi checked ok at time of fault. man ideas?

They said I was on it last week. Tonight problem is it all works ok until I watch 1 minute of net flex then net flex say there a technical problem then when you go back to TV all channels are black saying technical fault try later turn it all off wait....then ok until you go back to Netflix, that's glitching everything up

I've checked and confirm I am on latest software version. I had same problem on Netflix when wating a film this afternoon. Also had same issue on ITV wating coronation street tonight

I've got the same issue cant watch no TV what so ever. Blank screen this is 3rd TV no way I'm going for a 4th TV only watch sky lol.
I've done a broadband checker and stating my Internet is slow

Mean I can only watch YouTube on it atm. Think sky needs to either drop the bill or do something, not looking so good for them, maybe stop updating the system so much in one time

I've had exactly the same problem this evening, having to unplug and plug the tv is then after a certain amount of time it does the same thing again.
