My new bill is now nearly £80 I cannot afford this as I am a single mother and I am on universal credit, I used to pay £47 if this isn't changed I will be leaving sky and going to another broadband

This link explains the process if you’re eligible for Sky Broadband Basics. If you are eligible you will need to call Sky to join

The Sky account holder needs to be claiming Universal Credit or Pension Credit to qualify for it. Sky would require the relevant NI number so they can check. It is only available to customers who already have Sky Broadband.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf I were you I would definitely consider dropping the TV, it isn't a necessity, and perhaps speak to Sky to negotiate the broadband.
